The majority of breast changes are nothing to worry about and unrelated to cancer. If you do notice something different, always notify your doctor so you can be checked. Let your doctor know about nipple discharge, redness, lumps, or thickening.

Difficulty swallowing can be caused by acid reflux, a cold, or certain medicines. If you do not notice an improvement over time, it may be wise to have it checked out. Problems with swallowing can also be associated with cancer in your throat or esophagus.
The majority of mouth issues like canker sores or bad breath are never serious. If you notice red or white patches that do not disappear after a few weeks, this could be a sign of oral cancer.
